A Great Award

I'd like to thank Lisa Marie Miles and Nicole Ducleroir for this fantastic award. This award asked for me to write seven things about me. (Thats a tough one).

#1. My favorite movie of all time is The Wizard of Oz.

#2. When I was 14, my mom and I went into a Burger King to grab some lunch. A boy I had a major crush on worked there. After we ordered and finished our lunch, I excused myself to the bathroom, (to make sure there was no food on my face, LOL). On my way out of the bathroom, everyone in the restaurant kept staring at me, pointing, and many laughed. I couldn't figure out why. I mean, I had just checked my face for food, so what could it be? As I was walking out the door (and by the boy I was crushing on) I glanced down at my shoes, and low and behold, the horror. My shoe had a tail. A 4 to 5 sheet long tail of toilet paper. I was so embarrassed. I ran out the door horrified. I just knew the boy noticed and was going to be telling all of his friends at school the following Monday. I guess he never told anyone. No one found out. My mom had a good laugh and I have a good laugh now and then when I think about it.

#3. I'm an animal rescuer. If I see a stray, I bring it home, nurse it back to health if needed and find it a home. Sometimes I keep them. 

#4. I love 80's music.

#5. I secretly love to watch The Bad Girl's Club. Its so addicting. And my boyfriend secretly watches it too - with me. Shhh... Don't tell anyone. 

#6. I knocked myself out on a freezer door one time. I was putting groceries away and my fridge was the type that had the freezer above. I left it open as  I put some stuff in the refrigerator part below. As I stood up, the freezer door had swung back around and lined up perfectly with my head. I still have an indention of the bottom of the door on the top of my head. I saw stars, then blackness as I hit the floor.

#7. I can eat an entire box of Cheez-it crackers in one sitting, usually while I'm watching The Bad Girl's Club. Not something I'm proud of, but their so good.

To Blog or Not to Blog…

Blogs formally known as a web log is defined as a website that is maintained on regular basis full of graphics, video, and words. Many blogs are focused on a particular subject matter. Others are about personal lives of the blog pen holder, and some are just there to give an educational message.

I remember when I first discovered BLOGS. It was back in 2003 when AOL first offered up AOL Blogs. They were great. I good friend of mine and I stumbled onto them and they were the best thing since sliced bread… at least to us. I worked on my blog, left comments, received comments, and made some great connections with other fellow bloggers. A year passed and my blog was updated daily with things from opinions from what was on the news to my personal life full of joy, tears, and anything that peaked my interest.
